Hello to you all, oh the weather hasn`t been good today. Well it was an early start again and I want`d to look round Macy`s . There was a free gift on offer at Estee Lauder so I treated myself to some foundation and wrinkle filler! Now don`t be nasty. Tried to find a couple of tops but nothing took my fancy. Don`t think I have enough to wear when the weather gets warmer. Soon got fed up of shopping so jumped onto "The Hop On Hop Off bus". That bus gets a bit drafty! but we stuck it out and got off in the Italian Quarter and walked up to Lombard Street and when I say walked up I mean it was a killer! My legs are still aching. Lombard Street is the most crookedest Street in USA. We then made our way down to Fisherman's Wharf by which time it was time for lunch. We found a great restaurant and made ourselves at home. The waiter gave us a nice table in the window. Bri had a chefs special chowder followed by a Ceaser Salad while I had my favourite Lasagne. We dried out nicely and had a glass of wine. When we were ready we got back on the bus. We had planned at getting off at The Golden Gate Park but the rain was too heavy. So we went back to the hotel to dry out. Brian started to get organised for the next leg of trip. We have to pick a hired car up in the morning and apparently tomorrow will be busy due to the St Patricks Day parade.
I then had another look in Macy's on a different floor this time and found a couple of tops. I ended up in the bar where we both had a club sandwich and that's about it for today. I hope you are all well at home and thanks again for all your emails.
